Description:
INDOT OMM and District Testing have scheduled three regional preseason aggregate and asphalt meetings prior to the 2020 paving season. These meetings will provide a forum to present changes and updates to aggregate and asphalt programs and procedures for the coming year and allow all in attendance to ask questions.

Each meeting will be divided into two sessions. The morning session will focus on aggregates and the afternoon session will focus on asphalt. Attend one session or both on your chosen date - lunch will be served in between sessions.

INDOT Regional Meetings Schedule:
  • 10:00 am - 11:30 am - Aggregates
  • 11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Lunch
  • 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm -  Asphalt
